We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak seasons. The earlier you reach out, the more time we have to make your event exactly right.

Confirm with a deposit — a 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due at delivery.

As early as possible. Popular dates fill quickly, especially spring through fall. We recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks before your event, though we’ll always try to accommodate last-minute requests when we can.

Yes. We cater across the Triangle, including Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Apex, Wake Forest, Garner, Morrisville, and more. If you’re outside our standard area, reach out anyway and we’ll do our best.
